HOW TO ORDER

Please choose the product and size that you would like to order. Note: All printed orders and framed products will include a free digital copy via email. If you would like names/dates/sentences adding then please email me with all your requests.
Please send me the photo you'd like me to use for your artwork via email.
Note: Please ensure that you send me a high quality photo that is not out of focus so that I can draw your home accurately. Mobile phone photos work just fine if they are in focus and not blurry. Please send me the actual size, so it doesn't reduce the quality when sent.
DELIVERY
Once I've finished drawing your image I will send you a preview to ensure that you are happy. If you are not completely satisfied I will make amendments free of charge.
Once you are happy I will post the print/frame to you unless you chose the 'Digital (emailed)' option.
All physical products are sent by Royal Mail 48 Recorded. Prices for postage start at £3.99
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- There are no refunds after you have received your preview as it takes a substantial amount of time to create your portrait.
- If you choose 'Digital (Emailed)' you will not receive a physical portrait in the post. However if you order a poster or framed product a digital copy will also be emailed to you.
- All 'Digital (Emailed)' products will come with a transparent background to give you more options for background colours etc. If you would like a transparent and coloured background sending please let me know.
- Your illustration is created with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- All physical products are sent via Royal Mail.
